Step Three:
When the latex is dry to the touch, apply a foundation or powder to match your skin tone. This will make everything blend better into your skin.
Step Four:
Gently go in with your tweezers and rip a small hole in the “skin”. Start about an inch away from the edge. Once you have a rip, use your scissors and slowly cut upward until your happy with the results of your gash.
Step Five:
Apply black or maroon eyeshadow inside the gash, this will add depth and more realistic effects. Blend eyeshadow outward onto your actual skin to bring everything together.
Step Six:
Time to get bloody! Using a medium sized angled brush, dip into the costume blood and start applying in the center of your gash. Work outward and blend into the fake skin.
Grab your stipple sponge and dip into blood. Drag outward to create scratches and this also will help blend in the latex a little more!
